How it works

Step 01

Stock arrives

Straight from the pressing plant or from your hallway. We book it in, count it and keep every movement on record, so you always know what is on the shelf and what left.

Step 02

Orders come in

Upload the export from your store, or type an order in by hand. Addresses get checked, duplicates get caught, and each order is matched to the release and version it is actually for.

Step 03

We ship

Picked, packed, labelled and handed over. Tracking numbers land back on the order the moment the label is printed. No chasing, no spreadsheets going back and forth.

Where it goes

USPS Media Mail

United States

Shipped from Portland, Oregon. Media Mail is the rate that exists for sound recordings, and it is the reason US orders stay affordable.

Tracked delivery

Europe

Pick-up points and home delivery across the EU. Every parcel leaves with a tracking number your customer can follow to the door.

Tracked worldwide

Rest of the world

Japan, Australia, South America. Packed here, tracked door to door, and the number lands on the order the moment it ships.

What you get

Ordered records from a band or label?

Then we are probably the ones packing your parcel. Your order, payment and refunds live with the store you bought from, but here is what we can help with.

Where is my package?

Your shipping confirmation e-mail has the tracking number and the link in it opens the carrier's live page. No e-mail? Check spam first, then ask the store you ordered from.

Damaged or wrong records?

Sorry about that! Open the tracking link from your shipping confirmation e-mail and report the problem right there. Have photos ready: the shipping label, the mailer and the contents as they arrived, plus a close-up of the damage if anything got damaged.
